A TESTIMONIAL FOR SLIM IMAGINATIONS
“Please allow me to introduce myself and tell you about my encounter with Dr. Vanessa Dazio. I am a nurse at a local adult day care service in Pasco County, FL. Being 50 pounds over weight, I am always looking for a quick fix for my obesity. Honestly, this is what I thought I was going to get when I started the program.

Although I did experience a modest weight loss in the few weeks I participated, I think the greatest benefit was an improvement in my overall health. This is evidenced by my before and after lab work where my total cholesterol went from a high of 216, down to 184, and my HDL increased from a low of 39 to 42, which may still be low, but an improvement, non the less. My triglycerides were the most impressive going from a high of 330 down to 159. This is still high but a significant improvement. My blood pressure also improved, going from 134/80 to 119/72. My chronic pain level has lessened and I take much less medication for this as well.

I would recommend Dr. Dazio’s SLIM IMAGINATION program to everyone. This program offers the tools and instruction to make attainable changes in lifestyle and teaches realistic goal setting. The benefits from improved health through this discipline exceed the desire for weight loss. In the end, though, weight loss continues to occur. I have lost 10 pounds and am no longer focused on my weight but instead on mindful eating and an active physical lifestyle. I am confident the loss will come.”
